City Council Regular Meeting — Tue, Jan 12, 2027

City Council will hold a regular meeting. The agenda includes a public hearing on The Ridge at Broomfield Planned Unit Development Plan, 4th Amendment and Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Council will also consider authorization to release the Cobblestone Development by Oakwood Homes from an Inclusionary Housing Ordinance covenant for 16 specific units in exchange for below-market sales at 100 percent of area median income. A final plat, special review use, and rezoning for VFW Post 9565 is on the agenda. Additional items include resolutions on the Broomfield Older Adult Assistance Programs, Sourcewell Core & Main Agreement, Sunshine Home Share Continuation, and Brothers Redevelopment Rehab and Paint-A-Thon Continuation. The Flatirons Entertainment District resolution is on hold.
