How this works: ratings and themes below are company-wide figures (as reported in public review-site search results), not specific to any one Broomfield facility — Glassdoor and Indeed have no public API and don't allow automated scraping, so nothing here comes from directly accessing either site. Instead, a search API is used to find what's publicly indexed about each employer, and an AI summarizes the recurring themes from those search result snippets — paraphrased, never a verbatim review quote. A missing star rating means one wasn't reliably found in the search results that month, not that the employer has no reviews.
