City Council Regular Meeting — Tue, Dec 8, 2026

The City Council will consider a third amendment to the 2026 budget. Several consent items are on the agenda, including acknowledgment of a review of social services expenditures and ratification of emergency repairs at the detention center. Action items include rescheduling certain council meetings for 2027, a water utilities agreement for reuse demand management, a second reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 13-28-140 of the municipal code, an amendment to an agreement with Carollo for the water resources master plan, and consideration of employment agreements for the city and county manager, city and county attorney, and presiding municipal court judge.
