The council will review a proposal for an electric vehicle charging station at 13892 Via Varra in the Broomfield Business Center. The 1.79-acre site would have 6 high-speed dual-port chargers serving 12 public stalls, plus a small amenity building. The council will also hear updates on the Police Department's victim services work, discuss a review of the 2020 Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (which requires 10% of for-sale units and 20% of rental units to be affordable to households earning 80% of area median income), and consider a supplemental housing needs assessment. That assessment identifies needs for greater housing diversity, rental stability, and senior and workforce housing.
